Your onsite property visit brings offers Holly a lot of insight about your style even if it is evolving. She will ask questions, understand what drives you and help narrow down a distinct style path.

Holly is not directly involved with the renovation or labor to make the changes, however, she offers a retainer program to continue consulting and guiding you through your exterior changes.

Absolutely! Holly takes your environment into consideration and suggests the look and feel of your landscaping to compliment your home.  Holly often provides drought tolerant and fire resistant landscaping concepts.  The landscaping ideas included in your design can easily be taken to a nursery or landscaping design company to execute and emulate the look and feel.

Yes, Holly is experienced in navigating HOA and Historic District guidelines, which often include specific requirements for approved paint palettes, door and window styles, and fencing. Please be sure to share these details with her before or during your video meeting.

We highly recommend testing paint colors and ordering samples for cladding changes like stone, brick, and wood. During the design process, Holly will incorporate elements and fixtures at true scale. She works primarily with Sherwin Williams paints and you can also order designer peel-and-stick swatches after the design is finished.

Holly’s design process begins right away, and due to the thoughtful care she puts into each project, refunds are not offered.
