Holly Sutor is an exterior design expert, space planner, and color specialist who brings heart and artistry to every project. With a background in photography and fine art, she’s known for her keen sense of composition and ability to help homeowners find clarity through beautiful, functional design.
After a successful career as an award-winning photographer, Holly turned her attention to the homes behind the lens. Her early studies in art, architecture, and design gave her the tools but it was her experience working with clients, balancing emotion with execution, that shaped her collaborative approach. In 2019, she entered the world of exterior design professionally, joining a national firm as a rendering artist. She quickly became a lead designer, helping transform over 600 homes across all styles and climates.
Now based in San Diego, Holly has built her own boutique design studio focused on helping homeowners make confident decisions before they hire contractors. Whether she’s selecting finishes, designing a modern facade, or reimagining an outdoor living space, Holly sees each home as a canvas—balancing color, structure, and light to bring your goals into focus. Her designs are practical, personal, and grounded in experience.
